Firstly, don’t worry!
If you think you’ve sent an incorrect reading just let our Member Services team know by tapping ‘help’ > ‘Ask WattBot’ in your account and typing “I sent the wrong reading”.
Let them know the incorrect reading and the date you sent it, so they can remove this from your account.
Send a photo of the new correct reading (and the date it was taken), and they’ll be able to amend your account for you.
