If your Pure Planet app won't open, first try uninstalling the app, and re-installing the latest version from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
When you first log in again, we’ll send you an email to verify your email address - open this email and tap on the link to verify.
If you don't get the email, check that it hasn't been filed under 'junk', 'spam' or 'promotions' folders.

If you’re having issues logging in to your app, don’t forget you can log in at purepla.net and send a message to our team via WattBot (tap ‘help’ > ‘Ask WattBot’).
They’ll need to know the make and model of your device, the version of the operating system it’s running, what the issue is and a screenshot of the issue if possible.
