• I've got a disability - will I get a smart meter soon?

    If you’re having trouble reading your meter due to a disability make sure you’ve signed up for the Priority Services Register in your account.

    Go to Menu > Account > Priority Services Register to let us know, and we’ll arrange for an authorised meter reader to take a quarterly meter reading.

    We won't be installing SMETS2 meters for our Members on PSR until we're 100% certain they're working as they should.
    Once we are, w
    e may prioritise your smart meter installation if you're signed up for PSR.
