You can see your Direct Debit (DD) details including dates and amounts in the welcome pack when you first joined.
You can also view this in your app. Tap on the menu and then choose 'Payments and tariff'.
We collect your Direct Debit on the monthly anniversary of the day we first started supplying your energy.
If this falls on a weekend, we collect the Direct Debit on the next working day.
