We'll send your statement by email. It will be produced on the same date each month, and we will send an email notification to let you know when it is available. A copy of the statement will also be attached.
You can find the date your statement is produced in your welcome pack or the app - it will be the same day of the month that your supply started with Pure Planet.
Please try to give meter readings before we produce your statement each month, so that we can make sure your balance is as accurate as possible.
If you can't give a reading in time, don't worry. Just enter the readings when you can, and they will still be taken into account on your next statement. You can submit your readings via the app.
