It will be listed on your previous bills, and PP should be able to verify. If you use the help section in the 'phone app and send a message they should reply.
If you don't have access to a previous bill just have a look at your meters, with a bit of luck (but not guaranteed) you may be able to see this information actually written/stamped on each of the meters but don't confuse it with the meter serial numbers which definitely will be on each of the meters.
Here is a guide to what you are looking for:

https://www.energylinx.co.uk/mpan.htm
in this case the supplier number would be the "16 6789 0123 222" part

https://www.myutilitygenius.co.uk/guide/geeks/mprn/
or
https://www.theenergyshop.com/advice-guides-mpas

If all else fails there's this:
https://www.uswitch.com/gas-electricity/guides/who-supplies-my-electricity-and-gas/#step1
but I wouldn't bother with the 0870 call part - maybe 0191 216 3000 works? (it's National Grid)

Hi John your unique supply number is sometimes referred to as MPAN (electricity)/ MPRN (gas) or S for ‘Supply’. These are normally shown somewhere on your utility bills and are separate from your customer number. It can sometimes be a long number split into several boxes with a large ‘S’ in front of them. Failing that if you contact your suppliers they should be able to give you the information. Hope this helps.
This pure planet web site for pure planet doesn’t not show any of this information, I can’t phone them and cannot see a bill on line, rubbish

Hi again John - I was assuming you were referring to your previous supplier/s and not PurePlanet. In any case the information still stands and should be available from your previous supplier bills if you have access to these. Woz has also given additional advice but I would suggest you contact the PP team if you require further help.
Hi @John Bland
Thanks for posting in the community!
The replies from @Troops and @woz are right - thanks for helping guys - the supply numbers appear on your monthly statement (the one that you get on email every month). Have you had one of these yet?
No have had nothing yet, no bills only emails saying that I had switched and Direct Debit info back in January. There is nothing to show on my phone app either.
Hi @John Bland
You get a statement by email every month - it shows your energy usage. Perhaps check your email spam/junk folder?
(I'm going to send you a direct message too - it has some account info I don't want to post in a public forum)
