Issues with creating an account


I have tried to sign-up using the app, but I have had no confirmation that things have been set-up correctly.
Can someone confirm the next expected steps?

How far into the process have you gotten? What was the last screen or message you had in the app?
Toby, Unfortunately no idea. But I haven't recieved any confirmation email and the app doesn't recognise me. It seems me a new security email each time.

Hi @AdamStan, a few more questions so that we can take a closer look. Did you sign up through the app or via the website? After that, did you get as far as requesting a quote?
I originally signed up using thebandroid app. I saw a quote and agreed to it. I am not aware whether this was confirmed. The android no longer allows me to login.

Hi @AdamStan. Would you please be able to upload a screenshot of what you see when you try to enter the app? We're trying to get to the bottom of this for you, as it sounds like you're nearly there. If you need any pointers, below is the icon you need to select to upload an image here while on a PC. Any issues, let me know!

Thanks @AdamStan, really useful to see the shots! If you could try one more thing for me that would great. Uninstall and re-install the app as this solved the issue for another member. If you don't get past these screens after this, please send me a DM here and we'll look into fixing this for you.
