Issue entering meter readings

Hi, I have downloaded the new app and when entering meter readings it firsts asks for the electricity, then it asks for a reading (does not say gas). Then there is no way to submit the readings. Help!

Good to see you in the Pure Planet Community. If you don't mind let me ask you a couple if questions.

Are you able to type and submit the electricity reading?

The second screen, the one asking for a second reading? What happens there? Is there at least a text box to type in?

Hi GabrieL, I have exactly the same issue. I am able to type in numbers, but can't submit anything. On the second page I can also write in numbers but not submit anything
@DavidE and @Coolhand. I think I know what's happening.

I'm under the impression you are on the previous version of the app. Could you please look for Pure Planet on your App Store and see if there's a new update available?

If so please upgrade your Pure Planet app and try again. That should fix it.

Nice one. It's meant to be quick and smooth, but some were experiencing issues with the previous version of the app.
