why is the app not working?

Userlevel 2

It keeps coming up with “Looks like we can’t reach our servers eight now”.
Theer is no problem with internet connectivity with other apps.

There was another report a day or so ago so perhaps PP have an issue they don’t know about, but it doesn’t seem widespread enough to be a real issue (yet)

Can you list your device and software? and..

Did you try logging in online in a browser?

Did you try on data and on wifi?

you aren’t running a vpn?

Post back?

using a HTC desire.12+ Android version 8.0.0

Pure Planet version 8.19.1

Tried with data and wifi.

Have logged in okay with browser to submit meter readings.

No to VPN.

If it’s consistent you may need to report it as a bug.

Has anything been updated on the phone recently?

Thorough report and tests there @LeighMS — one other, have you tried turning the phone off and on again (sorry, not meant to be patronising).

Between the last time it worked and when I tried to do another meter reading the other day, probably quite a few things.
