What should I do if I can’t pay my Direct Debits and I’m running up debt?

We know that there are times when people fall behind with payments, for a variety of reasons.

If you are struggling to pay your Pure Planet Direct Debits, we want you to speak to us. We will always be able to help, and we don’t want to add to your worry.

And we know that people can be in debt with lots of other organisations or individuals.

If we see you accumulating debt we will get in touch by text message and email, so that we can run through the best options to help you manage your account.

Let us know if you're having problems making payment - please get in touch straight away.

From your Pure Planet app, please tap Help, type service and select 'Message the team'. Type 'contacting you about payments as asked' and press send. We'll come back to you during working hours.
