WattBott frozen

Have issue with meter and tried to use Wattbott. It gives me a button to press but nothing happens. This has happened twice. Seems messaging now frozen and I can't repeat cycle. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the replies. I managed to get everything moving again by a reinstall of the app. Not sure why PC also was stuck at same screen but things now going forward 😊

What’s your meter issue?

Force close the app (containing the chilly bot) and try again. Could be a one-off glitch.

Welcome to the community! Thanks for posting.

I’d suggest the same as @25 quid Do a force close or uninstall and reinstall. That usually clears any teething issues. 

If still no joy - can you post here what phone you’re using, and the version of the operating system :thumbsup:

@Marc, interesting and concerning that the app can get itself into a tizzy and require a re-install. One to add to your geeks’ backlog perhaps?
