Your yearly estimate is provided on your monthly statement. Also with in the usage section of the app its easy to calculate using past readings once you been with PP a year, or else its only year to date.
PP make no secret of being digital only, with no call centre. Wattbot is available for chat granted its not live chat but more than ample.
