In terms of comparing my actual usage units why can I compare one year with another? At the moment I can only see usage from Jan to Dec in the same year.

This has been mentioned before and PP are aware of it. At the moment, the usage comparison tool works on a revolving 12 month basis so automatically deletes the usage for the month 12 months previously.

About the only thing you can do at the moment is keep the details from your statements on a spreadsheet, or something similar.
Customers have been asking for this, on this forum, for years. I don't think PP have any intention of making any changes.
