Hi, we’re switching to PP and I think our direct debits are too low. I don’t want to end up with a big bill later down the line. Can you request a review of this? Thanks

As it's your first post, Welcome to the community.
You need to bear in mind that we are coming to the winter months payments that are 50% higher than the summer payments.
If you think your DD's aren't enough, go to your account (app or website) click on the three bars top right, go to help, ask Wattbot, start your message with "message the team" this will ensure your query is answered by the PP staff, and ask them to increase your payments to an amount that you think will be enough to cover your usage. Replies are not instant usually within 24 hours.
When you switched, did you use your usage as a guide, as the estimated payments are usually close.
