My supply date with old provider date ends on 17th of September. There is a gap between end of this and when pure planet will start covering. Is this right?

Hi Berry,
This can happen, but don't worry, you will remain a customer of your old provider until the switch takes effect. You will not pay twice for the energy you have used.
