Submit meter readings when the App is not working

Hi there,

How do you submit your meter readings when the App is not working?
I use the App for Apple IOS. Now it is not working and awaiting for an update in the last 1-2 weeks.
It is a shame that the update is not available. Also, I should be able to use the old version until then but not possible.
I am searching for alternative way to submit meter readings.

Yes Nataly,
it worked for me. It is still annoying that I have to reinstall the app.
But I am happy that at least workaround exits.

Just to add to Angela's reply, you can only access your account on the website, on a device which does not have the app installed, otherwise the login email will activate the app

Have you tried deleting and re-downloading the app, to make sure it's on the latest version? 🆙
