I have jut switched away today and I cannot access any of my customer and billing information on the website. Last time I accessed the site a couple of days or so ago I was in credit by over £400. Does anyone know how I find out if PP will refund this credit and when?
As I have now left I have no access to contact anybody at PP, even no access to WhattBott.

Your DD may still be collected during this period (all companies not just PP), if you cancel it they won’t be able to refund until you give bank details so best not to.
