I switched from pureplanet to new supplier about 14days before you ceased trading.

I am not with shell energy 

There is still nearly £100 in my account that has not been credited, when will this be sorted

Your balance will be paid back to you by Shell who have taken this responsibility over from Pure Planet. They are in process of receiving our credit info so hopefully won’t be to much longer.
