Just joined and keep getting message on app "awaiting your readings" but I sent them on 4th Nov. Cannot get a response. Have my readings been sent to old suplier so final bill can be received? Hope this switch goes ok or will be switching again.Tony Collins

When did you come on supply with PP?
It takes six weeks or so from the switch date to get final bills from your previous supplier

I would just resend the readings? Might be easiest and then reply back if still have the same message?

did you get a big tick when you submitted? If so all i probably OK.
Also check your app is on the latest version, there was a bug which caused requests for readings.
(No harm in sending them again though)
