Opening Meter Readings

My supply started today and on my app it says you will send me an email before the supply starts asking for readings.

When I tried to use the app to enter my readings there are 2 slots for electricity. It doesnt say day or night.
I only have one elec meter.
I also dont see a Gas meter reading slot.
When promtes I took the pic and the app hung!

When you joined up via the app, did you choose electricity only? Are you saying that your meter only has a single reading?
