Old supplier still chasing me.

Can Pure Planet assure me they have notified my old supplier that they have taken over my account as they continue to send me bills three years after I joined PP. The last bill was £7k. I need to know you have notified them at the proper level.

In the app use the ☰ menu to Get help and support then Ask a Question. Now confront the Wattbot machine with your situation. It likely won’t understand, so type Message the team to get the attention of a real human.

They should reply in a few days. They will investigate — this doesn’t sound right...
