No payments taken

I am in my second month of being with Pure Planet and when they tried to take the first direct debit it failed so I tried to change the date and it was due to go out today which it hasn’t so now I’m 2 months in arrears and in danger of getting into financial difficulties.
I have received a couple of e mails that I could not reply to as my e mails were returned and do not know how to pay the last 2 months of my bill?
Any help appreciated.
