I havent had any money taken from my account I was supposed to on 6th September.

did you complete the joining process and verify your email?
Did you get the countdown to your switch date when you logged in?
Are you able to log in and see if your bank details show?
If none of the above then you didn’t complete your switch, but if you did complete it, use help and support>ask a question to contact the team.
