no October statement but it was regularly charged on the 4th Nov

Hi All,

I was regularly charged on the bank account the bil related to October, for the period 4th Oct - 3rd Nov but I still haven’t received  the bill/statement neither by email nor on PP account.


Please could someone explain me that?

Your payments are calculated such that they cover your estimated usage for the year. Direct Debit payments allow that to be paid in smaller installments, but still need to be made every month to cover that total amount. The statements that we usually get have been affected by the switchover of our accounts between systems, so we have a bit of a gap in our overview of actual use and credit/debit balance.
