I've just moved home so trying to notify via the app but the link just goes to a blank "account" page.
Any ideas? Is there more maintenance?

Definitely doesn't sound right - I checked this out with our Member Services team, and it looks like you'd successfully submitted your move out form so the team sorted this for you and closed the account. That's why you're now unable to see your account info.
This means you can get a new quote for your new place to switch to us if you'd like to
