my email address is invalid when i try to log in

I am unable to log in as I'm told "email is invalid". Im going round in circles... failed login, sent link, still not able to log in" I've tried copying to browser, using web version, the app.... The address im putting in is correct!

hi @Deeno2 make sure you delete ALL of the login mails and start again with only one login mail.

If that fails you’ll need to contact customer support. If you have the app you can use wattbot to do that even if not logged in or post back for guidance.

Is this the first time you’ve tried to log in?

Hi, yes i did delete all login emails as I followed advice from FAQ.  It is my first time logging in. I will call customer services today.  Thanks 😊
