My electricity closing meter reading is incorrect prior to switching to a smart meter. I have sent Pure Planet several emails over the last month and issue is still unresolved and there has been no communication. I have asked for someone to contact me but still no response. It is frustrating as this is a simple problem to resolve but is taking such a long time to correct.

Hi @Shamir 

use the Wattbot to message them and make sure it confirms it’s sent the message to the team. That way a human will see it and respond.

I did try that initially and got a response that it was corrected. They said they corrected both gas and electricity readings but only gas was corrected. I have tried WattBot again but without any success, but will try again. Thanks!

Go back to Wattbot and type Message the team to get the attention of a human again.
