need my npan number for electricity, how do i get this

Every customer is sent their monthly statement as a pdf attachment within an email (which is sent to the email address that you supplied to PP when you switched to PP)
This statement contains your MPAN for your meter.
Check your email account including your spam folder.

You are emailed your statement each month. If you have just joined you may find it on a previous bill.
Just for curiosity, why do you need it ?
