Nice to meet you. I wonder if you can help me?

I am moving house soon. Does anyone know how I can move my Pure Account to my new address?

Hi @Eliztricity!

We need a couple of things from you before you move out: your moving date and your final reading, ideally on the day you leave the property.

Please do let us know a forwarding address and we'll then calculate your final bill.

Once you have effectively moved to your new property you just need to sign up again in the app as you did the first time - that should be quick!
