Moving home

Hi there
When you get to your new home, switch to Pure Planet ( as opposed to Blue Planet!)

You'll need to use a different email address though, so the accounts are kept separate. I don't think you can get round that, but someone will say if I'm wrong!

The point is that you can't move the account, it's linked to the property.

You can't take it with you!
As said switch in in the new place, if you can wait a few days, once you've submitted your closing readings for your old property your app (Pure Planet app) should eventually become available for you to switch in at the new place, but if you want to do it instantly you'll need to use a different email address (or if on gmail use a variant with a dot or a plus on your original email)
