Hi. New customer trying to submit readings but keep getting technichal issues, server error at the point of photographing the meter.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. The team is working on an update to the app as we speak that should rectify that (see my recent post on it HERE). Keep a look for an update via your app store in the next few days. What device do you use out of interest?

Using a Samsung galaxy S7
