I already have a question though. I got an 12 month estimate and while I'm happy with the amount I'd like to know how the "submit your meter readings" process work.
I've had a quick look at the Help section for couldn't find anything.

I got this info from the CS team which I think is quite clear:
Send us a monthly meter reading so we can keep your account accurate and up to date. If you miss a month, don’t worry - we’ll use our best estimate to work out your energy use and spend.
We forecast your 12 months energy use and create an annual payment plan. Our monthly direct debits are set to match the pattern of your energy use so you’ll pay a little more in the colder months of October to March and a little less in the warmer months of April to September.
