I am trying to submit my meter readings via the web - I do not want to download yet another APP to clog up my pc. Why is the web page so unreliable?

has anything changed at your end, meter change or recent account review?
The web page should be working, as far as I know there isn’t any significant history of unreliability. How many times over how many days has this been happening?
My thinking is it could be related to your account rather than the webpage.
Post back with more details, the webpage and app should work in the same way.
