We have just bought a house and are in the process of sending our meter readings over to Pure planet. When I went to submit it, it asked for electric night and electric day, but I dont know what this means? Our meter just has one reading on. I have put that reading into both night and day but am not sure this is correct.

If I were you I would contact PP directly.
You need to send your message to the team directly via Wattbot.
if you go to the app and click on the 3 lines at the top right, then click on help, then ask Wattbot,
Then you need to type in 'message the team'
then you can send them your message. Might take a couple of days to get back to you, but they will
