How do I send a meter reading when it does not appear on the app?

Hi Jandobrown,
Are you saying that the send meter reading moon is not showing on the app. If that's the case and you want to send readings early, go to the menu ( three lines top right ) you will find the send meter reading option

what date did you switch in? It's possible that your account is still being set up and there is a query about the meters.
Can you check your emails to see if PP have sent a request for photos of the meters?
If none of those apply and the rest of the app is working as expected you'll need to go to help ask wattbot, type message the team and ask PP to check your account. They will get back to you within 24 hrs.(after the weekend)

Also, but I don't think it will make a difference you can log in at purepla.net and see if it's the same if you have a PC.
