I've given inaccurate reading by mistake... App won"t let me give another one... What do I do?

Hi Mark Boy, go to help and ask wattBot. Type in "Message the Team" then advise the team of your error. Will take a couple of days for a response. I'm guessing because it's close to account updates you can't re submit readings for a few days unless it was your first reading as part of a switch.

I've just checked on my side and I can send a reading and the last readings I sent was on Saturday which is no use to you.

you'll be able to submit another reading the next day which you should do (not sure if it's exactly 24 hours later or after some cutoff time, probably after 2am, dunno)
It won't hurt to message the team as above to say you've done that.

No worries, submit a new one the next day. The maximum is one every 24 hours 🆙
