If I'm on the Priority Services Register, will I need to reapply with my new supplier?

Now that Pure Planet has ceased trading, I was wondering if anyone from the team can clarify what this means for those of us on the Priority Services Register: Will our new suppliers need us to re-apply, or will our details be carried over in the transfer?

Thanks for any clarification you can provide!

Your priority services registration will need to be re-registered when you switch, but I wouldn’t worry at this stage because adding  yourself to the register is very easy with every supplier.

I’m fairly sure PP will have passed on your details to your network operators, but in the unlikely event that you do need to contact either your Electric Distributor (DNO) or Gas Transmission Operator, let them know at the point of contact that you are vulnerable.

If you rely on your supply to support medical equipment or need supply related advice here is a link which should guide you in the right direction.

I hope the gas doesn’t go off, you’ll need it to keep mummy warm.

I shall get my coat immediately...
