I was with pure planet at my old property, I have just moved and need to switch to pure planet again

Hello I need help, I have moved out my old house and into a new one and wanting to carry on with pure planet but I don't know how long this will take? Do I need to get into contact with the supplier whose supplying the energy for my new house and then switch it over or what?

You can’t take it with you.

if you were with PP at the old property you should have filled out the moving out section of the app and given moving out readings, did you do that? (it’s important or PP won’t know that you’re no longer responsible for the bills at the old property. You will then eventually get a final bill for the old property.

Your account for the old property will stop working (you will no longer be able to see your figures etc.- see other post)

and you can then start your switch into pure planet at the new property which will take 17 days, during which time you will be responsible for paying the existing supplier who may or may not block your switch into PP because they want to make sure you can pay them.

I’ve replied to your other post.

I think there will be a small delay of a day or so where account is locked, then you can switch in at the new address. (that used to be the case if it’s not so I’m sure someone will correct me? @Nataly can you confirm how long the delay is and maybe merge this into the other post?

Top advice from @woz - if you’ve let us know you’ve moved out, you’d be able to start a new switch to Pure Planet at your new home once your move out is completed:slight_smile:

You’ll know your move out’s complete once you’re no longer able to view your (previous) account info, and you’ll receive a final bill. :thumbsup:
