I need a call from Pure Planrt, it’s annoying there is no contact number.  I received an email to say I will be charged £60 exit fee- but I have not requested a switch

This maybe an erroneous transfer.

Heres a link for you to have a look at

To get this sorted head to WattBot in your account (tap 'get help and support' > 'Ask a question') and type the words 'I'm not leaving'. WattBot will collect some info from you and pass it on to our Member services team.

The reply from @Angelabikerbabe sounds spot on :thumbsup:

If you follow those steps WattBot will take the details and automatically pass them on to one of the team who’ll object to the switch.
