how do I tell someone this?
how do I close her account?
how do I get a refund as there has been nobody living in the house since December?
I have POA to act on her behalf.
All too stressful and would like support please.

First question is do you have the app to be able to use ? If you do then on homepage tap 3 bars top right then tap on account. This will show a box that says move out. Tap on that and fill in all the details. This will close the account and refund any money due.
If this cant be done then post back for further advice.
