Help with submitting a reading

Hello. I am terribly computer illiterate and haven't been able to send meter readings to Pure Planet. All my bills have been estimates. Can anyone please help. I cant even get in touch with them as I can't figure out how to.

If you can help, please remember you are dealing with someone who hasn't got a clue about these things, so you would have to be extremely basic in your reply.

I would be very, very grateful.

hi inger
we may have to do this a step at a time,
go to https://purepla.net in your browser.
click on the little head icon top right, and enter your email ( the one you used when you joined pure planet.) close that tab
now go to your email,
you should get an email to log in, open it and look for the big pink login button
post back if you get that far, someone will help

Hi
if you go on the app, tap on the 3 lines at the top right hand corner, then select 'send a meter reading'.
You can then enter your electricity reading, press next and then enter your gas reading, then press submit.
