This definitely doesn't sound right - looks like you've been chatting with Oliver from our member services team as your previous supplier hadn't updated the national gas database following a past meter exchange. He last emailed you on 10 June to let you know that this has now been sorted :raisinghands:
Your updated statement covering your time on supply with us will now show your correct gas meter info. This means your readings will also be showing on your app under "usage" > "reading history"
