I have paid £126 for the meter to be moved in order to facilitate re organisation of a bathroom.I received a message about next steps which I appear to have lost. I am not good at technology and am now stuck as it seems impossible to contact anyone who accepted this order from me.Any suggestions welcome.

In the app use the ☰ menu to Get help and support then Ask a Question. Now tell the Wattbot machine your situation. It likely won’t understand, so type Message the team to get the attention of a real human.
They should reply in a few days.
