First meter reading

Hi again,

as stated on my other thread I'm a new happy member and I'm thrilled to be part of the early adopters.

I know I need to provide you with a meter reading before the 21st of this month, which is when my service with PP starts.

However, do you need the meter reading now or by the 21st?

Thanks. I already sent my meter reading after request from the Pure team. So it looks like it's all in hand.

Hi @GabrieL, the Pure Planet member services team should be in contact you very soon. FYI though, We’ll email and let you know when we need your meter reading. We give you five days to get your meter reading back to us.

To send a meter read, tap My Account and Your meter readings. The app walks you the process - it shouldn’t take more than a few minutes.


Cheers, Toby. the My Account section of the APP is under construction at the moment so won't be able to do that for now. Do you know when that will be ready?
