Is the file extension a dot pdf? If not rename it.

i can download to my samsung tablet but on trying to open from mynfile manager i get message saying unable to find application to open doc. I have  adobe reader

I dont just want a copy in the cloud.  any suggestions?

Thanks for the replies

Managed to get this working. My default app was Adobe Acrobat. I went into the app settings and cleared it as the default PDF viewer. This is

Settings > Apps > Adobe Acrobat Reader > Set as default

On Samsung.

Then when you download the statement it asks what you want to use... it worked fine with Google Drive PDF Viewer.

Thanks again.

Working for me @adammarshall

Good suggestions from @Angelabikerbabe and @woz there

Is your android up to date, there was an update to fix this issue?

If you’re downloading to an sd card change the destination to your phone?

Can you open the file in the pdf reader and save as?

I managed to download all of mine OK.

Have you checked your Internet connection is OK?

Have you tried on the app and the web page?
