I had SMETS2 smart meters fitted by Eon 18 months ago. The IHD worked when the engineer was there but stopped showing gas usage the next day. Sometimes I can get electricity usage but sometimes the IHD gets stuck for hours trying to get gas data. I reported it to Eon who identified the problem, said it could be fixed remotely but would take up to 6 months to get done.
I forgot about it and switched to PP with the problem not fixed.
Can you fix it?
I went through the Watbot and it sent me here.
Perhaps I should be asking if anyone knows how to report this kind of problem?

Are your smart meters working with PP?

If your IHD isn't working as it should, in your account go to ‘get help and support’ > ‘ask a question’, and type the words 'IHD problem'. WattBot will take a bit more info from you and then pass this on to our Member Services team to investigate.
