Have you contacted the company that supplied your smart meter? Or did you inherit it when you moved in?

PP only supply monitors if the smart meters are installed by their partner company Magnum Utilities.
The supply of IHD's for meters that the supplier hasn't installed seems to be an issue for all suppliers. My son moved into a new build,, British Gas installed the meters, but did not leave the displays due to " security issues ". He arranged a switch to happen on the date he moved in, because he switched BG won't supply the device, and his new supplier ( not PP ) refer him back to BG.
