Disputed meter readings

I've just transferred to Pure Planet from Good Energy and submitted meter readings to Pure Planet by photo as requested.

When I received the final statement from Good Energy the readings were different from those I submitted by a significant amount.

When I queried this with Good Energy they day that this can only be resolved by Pure Planet supplying new readings to Good Energy.

How can I get this completed?

Hi @Jimbo, not to worry. We have a process for this which is called a meter reading dispute. This can be started by a member or by a supplier if a meter reading difference is above a certain threshold (which is set by the energy industry). As Good Energy have directed you to us, I’ll raise this case with our team. They’ll contact you via email, as we’ll need a few details from you.
