Changing account holder name and bank details

How do I change the account holder name and bank details without incurring any charges? I am still living at the same address.

hi @AndyH1 I don’t think it’s possible to change the name without switching (closing and re-opening), (and then there’s the fix penalty to consider if you’re on a fix) unless someone from the team can do it for you.

The bank details I think can be changed when logged in 

Ask through wattbot (help&support) whether they will allow a name change?
