ive recived the below msg

We need to take a catch up payment to bring your energy account up to date. From your Pure Planet app, please tap Help, type 'Message the Team' and somebody will be back in touch to help. We'll come back to you during working hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm).

what does it mean?
from previous search i understand that it means i have accomulated bills but i do not! it just one bill and the deadline is 5/ october

does anyone receive this msg?
